ShootEstate provides AI photo editing and listing pages. Privacy questions and account or photo-deletion requests can be sent to help@shootestate.com.
We store the account name and email supplied during Google sign-in, your business profile and logo, property details, uploaded photos, editing instructions, generated results, listing choices and purchase records. Avoid uploading unnecessary personal information. Make sure you have permission to upload and publish the photos and property information.
We use this information to sign you in, save your listings, process edits, publish the pages you choose to share, manage purchased credits, resolve problems and protect the service from misuse.
Cloudflare hosts the application, database and photo storage. Google supplies sign-in information. OpenAI processes submitted photos and editing instructions to generate edits. Stripe processes payments; card details are entered on Stripe-hosted checkout rather than our application. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards support messages to our Google-hosted support inbox. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and policies.
Draft listings and original uploads are accessed through your signed-in workspace. Publishing makes the selected images, property details and business contact information available to anyone with the listing link. Hiding the listing disables that page but cannot remove copies others have already saved.
The service keeps account, listing and editing records to operate your workspace. Separate private media backups and database recovery history support recovery. To request access, correction or deletion, contact us from the email used for your account. Payment records may need to be kept after an account is closed. Deletion requests require separate handling of active records, media copies and recovery history. We may retain records needed for payment, security or legal obligations. We do not promise immediate deletion from recovery history.
We use an account session cookie and temporary sign-in cookies. The app also saves workspace copies and interface preferences in your browser. Signing out does not necessarily erase browser copies; avoid shared devices for private listing work.
