Each generated Tidy, staging or written-tweak edit uses one credit. Credits are reusable across listings and have no expiry. There is no recurring subscription.
When an edit is confirmed as failed, the reserved app credit is returned automatically. When completion is uncertain, contact support before requesting another edit so we can investigate without an accidental second generation.
Send refund requests to help@shootestate.com using your account email and purchase reference. Never send card numbers. Refund eligibility: request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits in that bundle have been used. Generated edits are not routinely refundable; contact us about duplicate charges, technical failures or other problems so we can review them. Any mandatory consumer rights still apply. A refund is separate from returning a failed-edit credit.
